Red wine vinification with temperature controlled between 24 – 27° C and maceration on skins for 14 – 16 days.
Intense ruby red colour with violet hues. Pleasing bouquet with notes of ripe, slightly spicy fruitiness. Warm, soft, enveloping taste with great balance.
